Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your paid membership, that makes us sad to hear.
Please contact us to request a refund.
● Yearly subscription purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
● Monthly subscription purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.

We process refunds in 7-10 days of placing the request.
Unfortunately, any members requesting a refund beyond the specified period will not be refunded. For more info on our refund policy, visit our Terms of Service.

Can I receive a partial refund for my purchase?
We are unable to facilitate partial refunding of accounts in order to accommodate refund requests outside of the eligibility time frame.

Cancellation policy
You may cancel your subscription to our Vadoo.tv by contacting our support team via the website chat or support@vadoo.tv

When you cancel your subscription, the service will be terminated at the time of cancellation. Any prepaid fees for the remainder of the subscription period will not be refunded.
