1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of AI-generated services, all purchases on Vadoo.tv are generally non-refundable once:
• Credits are allocated
• A subscription is activated
• Any AI generation has been used
• API usage has started

This includes:
• Subscription plans
• Credit purchases
• Add-ons
• API usage
• Lifetime deals (if applicable)



2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 No Refund After Usage

Once you:
• Generate videos
• Use credits
• Access premium features

Refunds cannot be provided.

This is because AI infrastructure costs are incurred immediately after usage.



2.2 Accidental Purchase

Refunds may be considered if:
• Request is made within 24 hours
• No credits have been used
• No video generation has occurred

3. Credit Purchases

Credit purchases are non-refundable, including:
• Top-ups
• Bonus credits
• Promotional credits
• Bulk credits

Credits:
• Do not have cash value
• Cannot be transferred
• Cannot be converted to cash



4. Monthly & Annual Subscriptions

Monthly Plans
• Can be cancelled anytime
• No partial refunds
• Access continues until billing cycle ends

Annual Plans

Annual plans are non-refundable after:
• Activation
• Credit allocation
• Any usage



5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

Refunds will be issued if:
• Duplicate payment occurs
• Payment charged but account not credited
• Technical billing error

Refund processing time:

5–10 business days



6. Service Availability

Vadoo.tv aims for high availability, but refunds will not be issued for:
• Temporary downtime
• Model queue delays
• API latency
• Maintenance windows

7. Abuse & Fraud

Refunds will not be issued if:
• Abuse of platform detected
• Policy violations
• Automated scraping
• Unauthorized usage
• Chargeback abuse

Accounts violating policies may be:
• Suspended
• Terminated
• Credits forfeited



8. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated:
• Account may be suspended
• Credits revoked
• Access removed

9. Promotional & Discount Purchases

Purchases made using:
• Coupons
• Promotional pricing
• Launch offers
• Limited-time deals

Are non-refundable.



10. Model Performance Disclaimer

Vadoo.tv integrates multiple AI models. Refunds are not provided for:
• Output quality dissatisfaction
• Model limitations
• Generation variability
• Prompt interpretation differences

AI generation results may vary.
